Does free shipping apply to all orders over $100?

Free standard shipping is valid for ground shipments, excluding furniture. Free ground shipping is valid on orders placed on bentandbree.com to addresses in the contiguous U.S. only. Offer is only valid for one shipping address per order.

What are the shipping options and timing?

Most online orders are shipped via UPS utilizing carbon neutral option that shows our commitment to reducing climate impact. Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Most orders in the USA, arrive within 7 business day after shipping. If you require expedited delivery service, orders must be place by 1pm Eastern Time*, Monday through Thursday for shipment in the Continental United States.

When will my order ship?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Typically, our orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipment progress and anticipate the estimated arrival date. How do I modify or cancel an order?

We strive to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. Therefore, we often are unable to cancel or modify orders. However; should you wish to cancel or modify within 8 hours of placing your order, please send an email to wecare@bentandbree.com with details of the order. We will let you know if we are able to take on your request. Please note, that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order but our customer care department will always try their best to satisfy your needs.

Do you accept returns?

Of course. Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of purchase date, provided they are in their original condition. Please ensure the items are new, unused, and accompanied by the original hang tags.

In order to process a return, please email us at wecare@bentandbree.com with the subject Returns and details of your item(s). Please note that for returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their expense.

How soon will I receive a refund/exchange for my return?

Please allow 7 business days from the return ship date for your account to be credited and at least 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Please note, that exchanges are based on the availability of the product. Once we receive the original package, we will send out the new exchange within 2 business days unless it is not in stock.

Can I return an item purchased on sale?

What is your warranty?

All BENT&BREE handbags, jewelry and home collections have a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and/or craftsmanship from the original date of purchase. BENT&BREE is not responsible for the general wear and tear of its products. The exquisite variations in color and texture are part of the natural beauty of cork and must not be considered flaws or defects.

  • Valid proof of purchase is required.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and does not cover incidents caused by misuse, any alteration, repair or accidents.
  • Replacements are only sent upon receiving your damaged item.
