Does free shipping apply to all orders over $100?
Free standard shipping is valid for ground shipments, excluding furniture. Free ground shipping is valid on orders placed on bentandbree.com to addresses in the contiguous U.S. only. Offer is only valid for one shipping address per order.
What are the shipping options and timing?
Most online orders are shipped via UPS utilizing carbon neutral option that shows our commitment to reducing climate impact. Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Most orders in the USA, arrive within 7 business day after shipping. If you require expedited delivery service, orders must be place by 1pm Eastern Time*, Monday through Thursday for shipment in the Continental United States.
* Excluding weekends and holidays.
How do I care for my BENT&BREE products?
You may simply clean your cork bag and most products by using a damp cloth with mild soap and scrubbing gently as necessary. Interestingly, membranes that make up the cork cells contain Suberin, a waxy substance that keeps cork from absorbing dust, dirt or moisture!
What is so unique about cork products?
Cork is one of the most natural sustainable materials in the world. Its unique composition and characteristics cannot be replicated. Cork is extracted from the bark of the cork oak tree, leaving the tree unharmed. It is completely natural, renewable and recyclable. Cork products are unique because of its natural properties: Lightweight, durable, easy to clean, hypoallergenic, flame retardant, vegan, and simply earth-friendly. No two items are ever the same!
Is my privacy and personal information secure on your site?
We take vigorous actions to ensure that all information provided on our website is secure and confidential. Our website is safeguarded by an SSL connection which protects sensitive data, such as credit card information, exchanged during your visit. In addition, we have the seal of compliance from PCI DSS which you can verify at the bottom of our home page.
I sent an email to BENT&BREE how long does it take to hear a reply?
We receive a high volume of emails each day. Your email will be answered in the order it was received. Please allow 2 business days for a reply.
How do I stay up to date on new products from BENT&BREE?
Please sign up for updates and exclusive offerings on our homepage and follow us on social media (links at the bottom of website). If you sign up for our Newsletter you will receive a 15% discount on your first order.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, if you are interested in wholesale please email info@bentandbree.com subject Wholesale.
When will my order ship?
Thank you for ordering from BENT&BREE. Your order will ship within two business days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our orders, on average, take 7-10 business days to deliver. Once an order has been dispatched a tracking number will be made available in order for you to track you order and receive an estimated arrival date. Please see our shipping page for further information.
How do I modify or cancel an order?
We strive to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. Therefore, we often are unable to cancel or modify orders. However; should you wish to cancel or modify within 8 hours of placing your order, please send an email to wecare@bentandbree.com with details of the order. We will let you know if we are able to take on your request. Please note, that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order but our customer care department will always try their best to satisfy your needs.
I created an account and cannot see my order?
Please note, that you need to create an account prior to placing order, to be able to see it. Only orders placed after the account has been created will be visible. If you need information regarding an order that is not appearing on your account, please email us at wecare@bentandbree.com.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards and PayPal.
Do you take custom orders?
It depends on the project. Please email info@bentandbree.com Subject: Custom order.
Do you accept returns?
Of course. Please note, that you have a 14 day time period in which you can return any full price item purchased at www.bentandbree.com and 30 days from when you placed your order for exchanges.
In order to process a return, please email us at wecare@bentandbree.com with the subject Returns and details of your item(s). Please note that for returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their expense. For more information and clarification, please look under Returns.
How soon will I receive a refund/exchange for my return?
Please allow 7 business days from the return ship date for your account to be credited and at least 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Please note, that exchanges are based on the availability of the product. Once we receive the original package, we will send out the new exchange within 2 business days unless it is not in stock.
Can I return an item purchased on sale?
Yes, you may return an item on Sale. You have a 14 day time period for returns and 30 days from when you placed your order for exchanges.
I seem to have a problem with one of my items, who can I contact.

What is your warranty?
All BENT&BREE handbags, jewelry and home collections have a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and/or craftsmanship from the original date of purchase. BENT&BREE is not responsible for the general wear and tear of its products. The exquisite variations in color and texture are part of the natural beauty of cork and must not be considered flaws or defects.
- Valid proof of purchase is required.
- The warranty is non-transferable and does not cover incidents caused by misuse, any alteration, repair or accidents.
- Replacements are only sent upon receiving your damaged item.
- Replacements are only issued once per same item.
Where can we find BENT&BREE?
You can find our collections in boutiques throughout the U.S. We also participate in employee recognition and incentive programs where you will be able to own one of our styles by redeeming points.
